SELLOCK 3638 VERY HIGH HEAT RESISTANCE CLAMPING 250 ML

Sellock 3638 Ultra High Thermal Resistance Clamper Ideal for filling gaps with a diameter of 0.25 mm (0.01") where maximum strength is required at room temperature. Suitable for locking slots and bushings on shafts and bodies. It has excellent retention, sealing and fastening properties of bolts. For best results in assembly, clean all surfaces (inside and outside) with a cleaning solvent and allow to dry. If the material is an inactive metal or if the drying rate is slow, use an activator. For a slip fit, apply the adhesive circularly along the leading edge of the pin and the inside of the collar to ensure a good coating. For a press fit, apply the adhesive completely to both bonding surfaces and assemble by pressing at high speed. For hot fit, coat the pin with adhesive, then heat until the collar has the necessary clearance for free assembly. For disassembly, apply localized heat to the part while it is hot. dismantle
