DISTANCE SALES AGREEMENT
1. Parties
This Distance Sales Agreement has been electronically concluded between the Seller whose information is provided below and the Buyer who places an order through the website www.ahtapotavm.com.

Buyer Information
The name, surname, address, telephone number, and e-mail information provided by the Buyer during the order process shall be taken as the basis.
2. Subject Matter
The subject of this Agreement is to determine the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale and delivery of the product(s) ordered electronically by the Buyer through the website www.ahtapotavm.com.
3. Order and Payment
The type, quantity, sales price, payment method, delivery details, and any applicable shipping fee of the products subject to the order are included in the order summary screen and constitute an integral part of this Agreement.
4. Delivery
The products shall be delivered to the address specified by the Buyer during the order process within the legal delivery period, depending on stock availability.
The Seller shall not be responsible for delays caused by the shipping company.
5. Right of Withdrawal
The Buyer may exercise the right of withdrawal without providing any reason within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of delivery.
In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, the product must be unused, in a resalable condition, and complete.
Before exercising the right of withdrawal, the Buyer must notify the Seller in writing or through a permanent data storage medium.
6. Cases Where the Right of Withdrawal Cannot Be Exercised
The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for the following products:
Products specially prepared according to the Buyer's requests,
Products whose packaging has been opened, used, or which are no longer suitable for resale,
Products that are unsuitable for return due to their nature,
Other products excluded from the right of withdrawal under the relevant legislation.
7. Returns
The product to be returned must be sent together with its original packaging, invoice, and all accessories.
The price of products that comply with the return conditions shall be refunded within the legal period using the same payment method used by the Buyer.
8. Resolution of Disputes
For disputes arising from this Agreement, the Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts located at the Buyer's place of residence or at the place where the transaction was carried out shall be authorized within the monetary limits announced by the Ministry of Trade.
9. Effective Date
By completing the order, the Buyer declares that they have read and accepted this Distance Sales Agreement.
