- Surfaces must be dry, clean, and free from dust, oil, grease and loose particles
- Maintain a width‑to‑depth ratio of approx. 2:1; minimum joint depth: 6 mm
- For joints wider than 15 mm, install backing rod/foam to prevent three‑sided adhesion
- Cut the cartridge tip at an angle matching the joint width, attach the nozzle, and apply with steady, even pressure
- Tool and smooth the joint while wet using a damp cloth or finishing tool; remove excess material
- Protect from continuous water exposure during the first 24 hours after application
- For exterior surfaces exposed to prolonged direct sunlight, apply a top coat of paint after curing
- Not Suitable For: Permanently submerged surfaces, glass applications requiring pure silicone, or areas in contact with food
