Application Instructions

• Ensure surfaces are dry, clean, and free from dust, grease and loose particles
• Joint depth should be at least 4 mm; apply at a 2:1 depth‑to‑width ratio (depth = half the width)
• For joints wider than 20 mm, install backing rod or polyurethane foam before sealing
• Cut the cartridge tip, attach the nozzle, and apply with a caulking gun using even pressure
• Smooth and tool the joint while wet using a dampened finger or suitable finishing tool
• Apply only at ambient temperatures above +5 °C; curing slows at lower temperatures
• Once fully cured, the surface may be painted as required
• Not Suitable For: Permanently submerged joints or fully confined spaces. Not for use on surfaces in contact with food.
