Bautech Ultra 1000 Sealant 310 ML Beige, high adhesion and elasticity. It is dirt and stain resistant, even if it gets dirty it can be wiped with a damp cloth. 25% elasticity factor. It is a material that is compatible with joinery after drying. Can be painted. It does not contain oil and does not affect the filling surface. High UV stability. Resistant to water, wind and moisture in aluminum, wooden and PVC frames and windows. In all joint applications, a thickness of at least half of the drawn width should be applied, but not less than 4 mm. (2: 1 ratio). Be sure to use polyurethane foam for joints exceeding 20 mm. It is not appropriate to apply water-based products below 5 C˚ in winter. Weather conditions, humidity and temperature extend the drying time of water-based products.
