Frequently Asked Questions

Does the "Yellow" coating fade over time?

No. The yellow/gold coating is applied through an electroplating process and is resistant to UV rays and cleaning chemicals. Under normal use conditions, no color fading or dulling occurs.

Are mounting screws included?

No. Mounting screws are not included in the package. You will need to separately procure screws suitable for the surface (wood, MDF, metal) where the hanger will be installed. For screw size and type, you can consult our technical support team.

Which clothes are suitable for the hook hanger?

Ideal for clothes with hangers (shirts, jackets, coats, suits). For non-hanger or slippery fabric clothes, the drop-ring model (BA800) provides a more secure grip.

How is the 400-piece case packaged?

The 400 hangers are shipped in a case containing 10 boxes, with each box holding 40 pieces. Bulk packaging is used for easy storage and distribution.

Can I place a mixed order with different colors?

Orders are accepted on a per-case, single-color basis. For mixed-color requests, a separate case must be ordered for each color. For large projects with special packaging needs, please contact us.
