Frequently Asked Questions
Does the gold coating fade over time?
No. The gold coating is applied through an electroplating process and is resistant to UV rays and cleaning chemicals. Under normal use, no fading or dulling occurs.
Are mounting screws included?
No. Mounting screws are not included in the package. You will need to source screws suitable for the surface (wood, MDF, metal) where the hanger will be installed. For screw size and type, consult our technical support team.
Which color is the most popular?
Chrome (BA800K) and satin (BA800ST) are the most preferred colors in modern offices and hotels. Gold (BA800S) is popular in classic and luxury settings, while black (BA800SY) is favored in industrial designs. Choose based on your project’s design language.
