Can I place mixed orders for different sizes?

Orders are accepted on a per-case basis for a single model. For mixed size requests, a separate case must be ordered for each model. You can contact us for special packaging requests in large projects.

Why are the case quantities different?

Case content varies based on size and weight. Small sizes (BA1630–BA1860) are sold in cases of 4,000 pieces, medium sizes in cases of 2,400–3,000 pieces, and large sizes in cases of 600–1,200 pieces. Please check the case quantity when ordering.

What is the piton material? Does it rust?

The product is manufactured from a metal alloy and protected with a surface coating. It is suitable for indoor use. Periodic checks are recommended for long life in humid environments. For outdoor or high-humidity areas, please look at stainless steel options.
