Make your selection based on the width of the pieces to be joined and the expected load. The DB20 series is recommended for light cabinets/shelves, the DB40 series for medium-heavy tables/counters, and the DB55–DB90 series for structural connections. A size that covers at least 60% of the piece width should be selected.
Are mounting screws included?
No. Mounting screws are not included in the package. You must separately obtain screws suitable for the material (wood, MDF, chipboard) where the connection plate will be mounted. The screw size should be 5–10 mm shorter than the plate thickness.
Can I order a mix of different sizes?
Orders are accepted for a single model on a per-case basis. For mixed size requests, separate cases must be ordered for each model. You can contact us for special packaging requests in large projects.
Why are the case quantities different?
Case content varies based on size and weight. The DB20 series is sold in cases of 1,000 pcs, the DB40 series in 500/250 pcs, and large sizes (DB55–DB90) in cases of 50–60 pcs. Please check the case quantity when ordering.
What is the plate material? Does it rust?
The product is manufactured from a metal alloy and protected with a surface coating. It is suitable for indoor use. Periodic checks are recommended for longevity in damp environments. For outdoor or high-humidity areas, please look for stainless steel options.
