Product Advantages

• ✅ Acrylic plate — absorbs less plaster than steel trowels, leaves no marks or streaks, ensures uniform coverage
• ✅ Flexible construction — follows minor wall irregularities; will not scratch or ripple the surface
• ✅ Chemical resistance — unaffected by cement, lime, and acrylic‑based coatings
• ✅ Plastic handle — unlike wood, it does not absorb moisture, is lighter, and lasts longer
• ✅ Easy to clean — simply rinse with water after use and leave to dry
• ✅ Standard size — widely used 12.8 × 28 cm format, fully compatible with professional working practices

Care & Usage Guidelines

• Ensure the trowel face is dry and clean before starting
• Apply a moderate amount of plaster to the trowel; overloading makes control harder and wastes material
• Use smooth, overlapping strokes; aim to keep plaster thickness consistent
• Rinse off residue with water before it dries; once set, plaster is much harder to remove
• Hold by the edges while drying; do not rest on pressure points to prevent plate bending
• Store flat in a shaded area long‑term; prolonged direct sunlight may gradually alter plate properties

Frequently Asked Questions

— What is this trowel used for?
It spreads, textures, and finishes ready‑mixed, mineral, and insulation top‑coat plasters evenly across the surface. The acrylic face delivers a smooth, professional finish.

— How does it differ from a steel trowel?
Steel trowels are harder and used for final levelling; this flexible acrylic trowel applies plaster more gently, leaves an attractive textured finish, and will not mark the surface.

— Can it be washed and reused?
Yes — rinse with water after use and it is ready again. The durable acrylic plate will serve for many years.

— Are other sizes available?
Additional width and length options are offered; model 1187 is the standard 12.8 × 28 cm size.

— Is it suitable for exterior use?
Yes — engineered specifically for external insulation and ready‑mixed plaster systems; weather‑resistant.
