Domed Zinc Frame Hanger (1000 Pieces)

Curved Zinc‑Plated Frame Hanger – Pack of 1,000

The Curved Zinc‑Plated Frame Hanger is a purpose‑designed fixing for securely hanging paintings, framed art, mirrors, and decorative panels. Its curved, contoured shape locks hanging wire, cord, or rope firmly in place to prevent slipping. Fitted to the back of the frame, it remains nearly invisible from view, creating a clean, uncluttered hanging system. Zinc plating delivers reliable resistance to rust and wear. This large pack of 1,000 units offers a cost‑effective, bulk‑supply solution for framing workshops, manufacturers, and large‑scale decoration projects.

Installation Guidelines

• Position hangers symmetrically on the frame back to distribute weight evenly across two points
• Use appropriately short screws; ensure they do not pass all the way through the frame
• Seat the wire or rope centrally within the curved section; select a gauge that fits securely to prevent slipping
• For heavier frames, use thicker gauge wire or fit two pairs of hangers for extra stability
• Carry out periodic checks – verify that screws remain tight, especially on heavier items
• For permanently damp or outdoor environments, choose stainless‑steel versions instead

Frequently Asked Questions

How does this differ from a wall‑mounted picture hook?
A picture hook fixes to the wall; this hanger attaches to the frame itself and is where the wire/rope engages. The two work together but are installed in different places.

What weight does each hanger support?
5–12 kg per hanger when fitted to a solid frame with suitable screws. Always use two or more hangers for heavier pieces.

Are screws included?
No – the pack contains hangers only; short screws matched to your frame type should be purchased separately.

Will it rust?
Zinc plating provides full protection for indoor use. Stainless‑steel versions are recommended for bathrooms, external facades, and continuously damp locations.
