Soudal Fix All High Tack is a multi‑purpose product manufactured using SMX Hybrid Polymer technology. It is a single‑component solution that functions both as an extremely strong adhesive and as a sealant. It features such powerful initial grab that materials stay in place the moment they are pressed together — no temporary supports or clamping are required. Supplied in white, in 290 ml cartridges, with 12 cartridges per box.

Application Guidelines

1. Prepare surfaces by removing dust, dirt, oil, and grease; dry or slightly damp surfaces are fine, but avoid standing water
2. Cut the cartridge nozzle to the required opening and apply adhesive in continuous beads or dots as appropriate
3. Position the component and press firmly into place; a few seconds of steady pressure is all that is needed — it will remain fixed
4. Do not subject the assembly to heavy loads for 24 hours; full strength develops over this period
5. When used as a sealant: smooth the joint immediately using soapy water or Soudal Smoothing Solution; adjustments become difficult once curing begins
6. Do not expose continuously to temperatures above +35 °C; optimum performance is achieved between +5 °C and +35 °C
7. Do not use on polyethylene (PE), polypropylene (PP), silicone, or PTFE surfaces — bonding will not occur; prepare oily or waxed surfaces by sanding first

Storage & Shelf Life

Store in a cool, dry location between +5 °C and +25 °C. Shelf life is 12 months from production when stored in unopened packaging. Protect from freezing.

How long do I need to hold it in place?
Firm pressure for just a few seconds is sufficient; the high initial grab holds components immediately. Full strength and final cure develop over 24 hours.

Can it be applied to wet surfaces?
Yes, it will bond even to slightly damp surfaces. Surfaces with running or standing water should be dried first.

Can it be painted over?
Yes, it accepts water‑based paints immediately. Always test first with oil‑based paints.

What temperature range can it withstand?
Once fully cured, it maintains flexibility and strength from -40 °C to +90 °C.

Where should it not be used?
Will not bond to PE, PP, PTFE, or silicone. Oily or waxed surfaces require sanding to create a key before application.
