Application Guidelines

• Clean surfaces of dust, oil, and loose debris; bonds remain effective on slightly damp surfaces — avoid standing water
• Trim cartridge nozzle to the required bead size; apply in continuous beads or dots as appropriate
• Position the part and press firmly; a few seconds of steady pressure is sufficient — it will hold in place
• Remove excess immediately with a damp cloth before skin forms; once skinned over, cleaning becomes difficult
• Full cure proceeds at accelerated speed — typically 6–12 hours; allow 24 hours before applying heavy loads
• Do not use on PE, PP, PTFE, or pure silicone surfaces — adequate bonding will not form
