The stepped, graded mounting base provides flexibility when aligning screw holes, effectively compensating for minor manufacturing and assembly tolerances. The transparent finish makes it highly unobtrusive — preserving the furniture’s appearance without standing out. Supplied in an industrial bulk pack of 2,400, offering uninterrupted stock availability and excellent unit‑cost efficiency for furniture factories, high‑volume workshops, and trade suppliers.

• ✅ Wings fully conceal screw heads — protects fixings from dust, moisture, and damage; maintains a clean surface
• ✅ Tool‑free assembly — simply fit screws by hand and close the cover
• ✅ Removable and reusable — wings can be reopened for access during repair or repositioning
• ✅ Bulk pack of 2,400 — substantially lowers per‑unit cost; ideal for continuous large‑scale production

Installation & Usage Guidelines

• Clean surfaces before fitting — dust and shavings prevent full seating
• Open the butterfly wings; align the holes and insert screws gently
• Do not over‑tighten — excessive force may crack the plastic; firm, secure tension is sufficient
• Close the wings until they click fully into place; confirm no screws remain visible
• Readjust anytime — reopen wings, reposition, retighten, and close again
• Recommended screw sizes: 3.5×16 mm or 4×16 mm; excessively long screws may penetrate through the opposite side
• Remove carefully — prise wings open gently; do not force to avoid breakage
• Check periodically — retighten any loose screws as needed
