Installation & Care Guidelines

• Select fixings for the floor type: wood screws for timber; wall plugs + screws for concrete
• Install screws loosely first; check alignment and contact before tightening fully
• Fit two stops — top and bottom — on doors 90 cm wide or broader to distribute force evenly
• Clean chrome surfaces with a soft cloth and mild cleaner only; avoid abrasive pads and harsh chemicals

Frequently Asked Questions

1. What is the difference between Chrome and Satin versions?
Polished chrome is bright and highly reflective, ideal for glamorous, modern spaces; satin has a smooth matte‑silver finish with no glare, offering a softer, more understated look.

2. Will the chrome finish tarnish or rust?
Optimised for interior use; it maintains its appearance for years in dry environments. For locations subject to constant moisture or outdoor exposure, select stainless‑steel exterior‑grade stops.

3. Can the rubber tip be replaced when worn?
Yes — the metal body stays in place and only the rubber head is swapped, eliminating the cost of a full replacement.

4. How is the 500‑piece carton packed?
Supplied as 10 smaller inner boxes, each containing 50 units, grouped together in one master carton of 500 pieces.
